Japanese Guests Announced for Animazement

Animazement has announced that voice actress Aya Hirano, animator Shingo Adachi, and Aniplex producer Shinichiro Kashiwada will be guests at their upcoming convention.

Hirano’s credits include The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Kiddy Grade, Death Note, Fairy Tail, Eyeshield 21, Parasyte -the maxim-, and Gatchaman Crowds.

Adachi’s credits include Sword Art Online, Wagnaria!!, and Galilei Donna.

Kashiwada’s credits include Sword Art Online, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Oreimo, World Conquest Zvezda Plot, The irregular at magic high school, and Nanana’s Buried Treasure.

Animazement will be taking place May 27-29, 2016 at the Raleigh Convention Center in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Inoue’s credits include Belldandy in Ah! My Goddess, Cecile Croomy in Code Geass, Goei in Ikki Tousen, Grace O’Connor in Macross Frontier, Kasumi Tendo in Ranma 1/2, Michael in Maria the Virgin Witch, and Yuriika in Yuri Kuma Arashi.

Nakao’s credits include Frieza in Dragon Ball Z, Baikinman in Soreike! Anpanman, Isami Nishimura in Touch, Caesar Clown in One Piece, and Kurotsuchi Mayumi in Bleach.

Kashiwada’s credits include Sword Art Online, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Oreimo, World Conquest Zvezda Plot, The irregular at magic high school, and Nanana’s Buried Treasure.

Maruyama’s credits include Unico, Ninja Scroll, Card Captor Sakura, Monster, Death Note, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, Paprika, Redline, and Kids on the Slope. He is also one of the founders of Madhouse.

Animazement will be taking place in Raleigh, North Carolina from May 22-24, 2015.

Sakura-Con Announces Yoshitsugu Matsuoka and Shinichiro Kashiwada as Guests

Sakura-Con has announced that Japanese voice actor Yoshitsugu Matsuoka and producer Shinichiro Kashiwada will be guests at their forthcoming convention.

Matsuoka’s credits include Kirito in Sword Art Online, Soma Yukihira in Food Wars!, Yu Mononobe in Unlimited Fafnir, Toru Kokonoe in Absolute Duo, and Tomoya Aki in the new anime series Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend.

Kashiwada’s credits include Sword Art Online 1&2, Oreimo 1&2, Nanana’s Buried Treasure, The Irregular at Magic High School, and Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend.

Sakura-Con will be taking place April 3-5, 2015 at the Washington State Convention Center.

Otakon Announces Shinichiro Kashiwada as Guest

Otakon has announced that anime producer Shinichiro Kashiwada will be a guest at their next convention. Kashiwada’s credits include Sword Art Online, Oreimo, Nanana’s Buried Treasure, and The Irregular at Magic High School.

Otakon will be taking place August 8-10, 2014 at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland.

Anime Boston Announces Guests

Anime Boston has announced that Sword Art Online director Tomohiko Ito and producer Shinichiro Kashiwada will be guests at their next convention. They will be joined by English anime voice actors Cherami Leigh and Bryce Papenbrook, who have been cast for the two leading roles for the English dub of Sword Art Online.

Anime Boston is taking place May 24-26, 2013 at the Hynes Convention Center and Sheraton Boston Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts.
