Warner Brothers Japan revealed the second promotional video for the second part of the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean anime during its panel at Anime Expo 2022 . The panel revealed that the second part will premiere worldwide on Netflix on September 1, 2022. The second part will consist of Episodes 13-24 of the anime season.

Netflix debuted 12 episodes of the anime globally on December 1, 2021.

VIZ Media Adds the First Eight Chapters of the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 6: Stone Ocean Manga to the Shonen Jump App

Crunchyroll is reporting that VIZ Media has added the first eight chapters of the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 6: Stone Ocean manga to the Shonen Jump app, with six of the chapters being available for free. The chapters retain the color pages published when the chapters were originally serialized in Japan.

The official Twitter account for the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean anime reported on December 3, 2021 that the anime is currently the most watched overall title on Netflix in Japan, and is also the sixth most watched overall title on Netflix in the United States. Netflix debuted 12 episodes of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean globally on December 1, 2021.

David Production is returning to produce the series. Kenichi Suzuki is returning from Parts 1-3 as the chief director, and Toshiyuki Kato is the director. Yasuko Kobayashi is returning from the previous anime to handle the series composition, and Masanori Shino is the character designer. Yūgo Kanno is returning from Parts 3-5 as composer.

Netflix U.S. Announces Anime Additions for December 2021

Netflix U.S. has announced that it will begin streaming the Stand By Me Doraemon 2 anime film on December 24, 2021.

The company also announced that it will begin streaming the fourth season of the Aggretsuko anime on December 16, 2021. The first 12 episodes of the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean anime series is scheduled to premiere on the service on December 1, 2021.

Netflix U.S. Announces Anime Additions for November 2021

Netflix U.S. has announced that it will begin streaming the Kuroko’s Basketball: Last Game anime film on November 15, 2021. Kuroko’s Basketball: Last Game opened in Japanese theaters in March 2017.

The company also announced that it will streaming the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind anime in the United States on November 1, 2021. The series premiered on Japanese television in October 2018, and Crunchyroll simulcast the series as it aired in Japan. Toonami began airing JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind in October 2019.

The service will stream the live-action adaptation of Sunrise’s Cowboy Bebop anime on November 19, 2021 and the Super Crooks anime based on the comic by Mark Millar and Leinil Francis Yu on November 25, 2021.

Netflix Is No Longer Listing the Forthcoming JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 6: Stone Ocean Anime as Streaming “Monthly”

The Fandom Post is reporting that the page media center listing for the forthcoming stream of the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 6: Stone Ocean anime on Netflix has removed the word “monthly” from the listing. As of this writing, what Netflix’s plan is for streaming this series is unclear.

Netflix will debut JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 6: Stone Ocean exclusively worldwide in December 2021, and it will then it will air on Japanese television in January 2022.
