Haibara-kun wa Gokigen Naname Manga to End in April 2019

The April 2019 issue of Shueisha’s Bessatsu Margaret magazine has announced that Ayuko Hatta’s Haibara-kun wa Gokigen Naname (Haibara’s in a Bad Mood) manga will end in the magazine’s next issue on April 12, 2019.

The manga’s story focuses on Mio, a girl who is treated as her class’ mascot, who gets to know a transfer student named Haibara, who doesn’t like her. However, Mio is in danger of repeating a year, and will stop at nothing to get the studious Haibara to help her pass.

Hatta launched the manga in Bessatsu Margaret in May 2018. Shueisha published the manga’s second compiled book volume on January 25, 2019.

Ayuko Hatta to Start New Manga Series on May 11, 2018

The May 2018 issue of Shueisha’s Bessatsu Margaret magazine has announced that Ayuko Hatta will launch a new manga titled Haibara-kun wa Gokigen Naname (Haibara’s in a Bad Mood) in the magazine’s next issue on May 11, 2018. The magazine teased the manga’s story as centering on Mio, a girl who is treated as her class’ mascot, who gets to know a transfer student named Haibara, who doesn’t like her.

Hatta’s previous works include Wolf Girl & Black Prince and Bye Bye Liberty.

Ayuko Hatta to End Bye Bye Liberty Manga in December 2017

The December 2017 issue of Shueisha’s Bessatsu Margaret magazine has announced that Ayuko Hatta’s Bye Bye Liberty manga will end in the magazine’s next issue on December 13, 2017.

The manga’s story focuses on Rina Suzuki, a girl who professes to “have no need for love.” Her new neighbor is Hibiki Takumi, a schoolmate with whom she shares a mutual dislike. Hibiki tells Rina that he has a stalker, and asks Rina to pretend to be his girlfriend to discourage the stalker. When Rina agrees, Hibiki later steals a kiss from her.

Hatta launched the manga in Bessatsu Margaret in September 2016. Shueisha published the manga’s third compiled book volume on September 25, 2017.
