The Fandom Post is reporting that FUNimation Entertainment has announced some of the details for the English dub of the Assault Lily Bouquet anime via Twitter.

According to the company’s tweet, the English dub is scheduled to premiere on FunimationNow on October 30, 2020.

The main cast of the English dub includes:

  • Sarah Wiedenheft is Riri Hitotsuyanagi
  • Lindsay Seidel is Yuyu Shirai
  • Dawn M. Bennett is Kaede Johan Nouvel

FUNimation Entertainment Delays the Assault Lily Bouquet Anime’s Streaming Schedule to Fridays

FUNimation Entertainment has announced that its weekly stream of new episodes of the Assault Lily Bouquet anime will switch to a new schedule on Fridays at 9:00 a.m. EDT. FUNimation’s stream of last week’s episode was similarly delayed to Friday due to a delay in delivery of materials to the company.

Assault Lily Bouquet premiered in Japan on October 1, 2020. The anime previously delayed its premiere date to October 2020 to prioritize the safety of its cast and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. The anime was originally scheduled to premiere in July 2020.

FUNimation Entertainment has announced that it will begin simulcasting the Assault Lily Bouquet television anime on October 1, 2020 as part of the Fall 2020 season.

The Assault Lily Project is a mixed-media franchise based on 1/12-scale action doll figures conceived by the doll maker Azone International and the creative group acus in 2013.

The story of the anime is described as:

On Earth in the near future, humanity faced imminent destruction from mysterious giant creatures known as “Huge.” The entire world unites against the Huge, and successfully develops weaponry known as “CHARM” (Counter Huge Arms) by combining science and magic. CHARM exhibits high rates of synchronization with teenaged girls, and the girls who use CHARM are viewed as heroes called “Lilies.” Throughout the world, “Garden” military academies are established to train Lilies to face the Huge and to serve as bases to protect and guide people. This is a story about fighting girls who aim to become Lilies at one such Garden.

The official website for the Assault Lily mixed-media franchise has announced that Assault Lily Bouquet, the franchise’s television anime, has delayed its premiere date to October 2020 to prioritize the safety of its cast and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. The anime was originally scheduled to premiere in July 2020.

Shouji Saeki is directing the anime at SHAFT, with Mieko Hosoi as the character designer. Keita Nagahara is the assistant director. Kazuya Shiotsuki is serving as chief animation director alongside Sōta Suwa.
