English Dub of the A3! Season Spring & Summer Anime Is Returning to FunimationNow

FUNimation Entertainment has announced that the English dub of the A3! Season Spring & Summer anime is returning to FunimationNow. On August 27, 2021, all 12 episodes of the English dub will be available on the service.

A3! Season Spring & Summer first debuted on FUNimation during the Winter 2020 anime season, with the first three episodes available in English dub.

A3! Season Spring & Summer Anime to Restart Broadcast From the First Episode on April 6, 2020

The official website for the A3! Season Spring & Summer anime has announced that the anime will restart its airing from the first episode on April 6, 2020 on Tokyo MX, Sun TV, KBS Kyoto, and BS11, and on Nagasaki Culture Telecasting Corporation on April 22, 2020. The series’ previously delayed fourth episode will premiere on April 27, 2020.

A3! Season Autumn & Winter, the show’s second half, has been delayed until further notice. It was originally scheduled to run from July to September 2020. The site will announce a new premiere date once it has been decided.

The show’s production committee delayed the remaining episodes of A3! Season Spring & Summer due to issues related to the COVID-19 outbreak exacerbating scheduling problems in the production. The fourth episode was originally scheduled to premiere on February 3, 2020 before it was delayed.

A3! Season Spring & Summer premiered on Japanese television on January 14, 2020.

A3! Anime’s Remaining Episodes Delayed to April 2020 or Later

The official website for A3! Season Spring & Summer, the television anime of Liber Entertainment’s A3! actor-training smartphone game, has confirmed that the production has delayed the remaining episodes. The production committee is working to resume the anime in April 2020 or later. The anime’s official website and Twitter account will update with an exact date once it has been decided.

The announcement explained the circumstances behind the recent delays of the anime’s fourth episode, noting that scheduling problems in the production were exacerbated by issues related to the COVID-19 outbreak that has made its way from China to Japan and other countries. The situation has forced the production team to reconsider the schedule of the anime in order to produce the promised two cours (six month) run of the anime.

A3! Season Spring & Summer premiered in Japan on January 14, 2020, and it had been scheduled to run until March 2020. The anime debuted with “Season Spring & Summer,” the first of the show’s two halves. “Season Autumn & Winter” was scheduled to run from July to September 2020.

A3! Season Spring & Summer Anime Episode 4 Delayed Again for Two More Weeks

The official website for A3! Season Spring & Summer, the television anime of Liber Entertainment’s A3! actor-training smartphone game, has announced that the anime’s production committee has again delayed the anime’s fourth episode. The scheduled airings on February 10, 2020 and February 17, 2020 have been changed to re-broadcasts of the anime’s second and third episode. The fourth episode’s airing was already delayed from its original February 3, 2020 date “due to production issues.”

In addition, the production committee canceled the anime’s “Season Summer” advance screening and the accompanying live viewings in theaters from their scheduled February 23, 2020 date. The committee had already announced a delay in the screening and live viewings when it announced that first delay of Episode 4 on January 31, 2020.

The anime premiered in Japan on January 14, 2020, and it had been scheduled to run until March 2020 until this delay. The anime debuted with “Season Spring & Summer,” the first of the show’s two halves. “Season Autumn & Winter” was scheduled to run from July 2020 to September 2020.

A3! Anime Episode 4 Delayed From February 3, 2020 Until Further Notice

The official website for the television anime of Liber Entertainment’s A3! actor-training smartphone game has announced that the anime’s production committee has delayed Episode 4 from February 3, 2020 “due to production issues.” A rebroadcast of A3! Season Spring & Summer Episode 1 will air instead on February 3, 2020. The website will announce the new broadcast date of Episode 4 as soon as the committee decides it.

In addition, the production committee has postponed the anime’s “Season Summer” advance screening and the accompanying live viewings in theaters from their scheduled February 23, 2020 date. It will announce further details on the event to buyers on the anime’s website and via email starting next week or later. The committee also said that fans should not direct questions regarding the postponement at participating theaters.

Due to the abruptness of the broadcast delay, the March 2020 issues of three magazines — Animedia, Animage, and Pash! — will ship on February 10, 2020 with spoilers on Episode 4’s story.

FUNimation Entertainment Announces Three Simulcasts for the Winter 2020 Anime Season

FUNimation Entertainment has announced that it will simulcast the Sorcerous Stabber Orphen, A3! Season Spring & Summer, and Smile Down the Runway anime for the Winter 2020 season. The subtitled version of Sorcerous Stabber Orphen will begin streaming on January 7, 2020, A3! Season Spring & Summer will begin streaming on January 13, 2020, and Smile Down the Runway will begin streaming on January 10, 2020.

All three anime will stream with an English dub and in Japanese with English subtitles in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
