Kyoto Animation has announced that the planned theatrical OVA of the “Ensemble Concert” arc of its Sound! Euphonium anime will open in Japanese theaters on August 4, 2023.

The Sound! Euphonium anime premiered on Japanese television in April 2015, and Crunchyroll simulcast the series as it aired in Japan. The second season began airing in Japan in October 2016, and Crunchyroll simulcast it as it aired.
