The official Twitter account for the Chainsaw Man franchise has announced that the manga will be taking a week off. The next chapter will be released in Japan on March 8, 2023, with the Shonen Jump app to release it soon after in English.

Fujimoto debuted the Chainsaw Man manga in Weekly Shonen Jump in December 2018 and ended its “first part,” the “Public Safety” arc, in December 2020. The manga moved to Shonen Jump+ with the second part, titled “School Arc.” VIZ Media is publishing the manga in English.
