Crunchyroll is reporting that the Noiseman Sound Insect OVA has been uploaded the official STUDIO4°C YouTube channel with English subtitles. The subtitled version of the short will be available until March 17, 2023.

Koji Morimoto directed the anime. He was also the supervising animator and character designer alongside Masaaki Yuasa. Yoko Kanno composed the music.

The story follows the battle against Noiseman, a monster that robs the people of music and controls the town.

Noiseman Sound Insect debuted in November 1997.
