The official site for the KanColle anime has announced that the seventh episode of the series’ second season is scheduled to air on February 12, 2023. Previously, the fourth episode was delayed to December 15, 2022, and the sixth episode was delayed to January 19, 2023.

The second season of the KanColle anime premiered in Japan on November 3, 2022.

The first season premiered in Japan in January 2015, and Crunchyroll simulcast the series as it aired. FUNimation Entertainment released the series on DVD and Blu-ray Disc with English subtitles and an English dub in June 2017. Crunchyroll is simulcasting the second season of the series.
