The official Twitter account for the Detective Conan: The Culprit Hanzawa anime has announced that the anime will premiere worldwide outside of Japan on Netflix on February 1, 2023.

The anime is based off of a gag manga that stars the black-silhouetted “criminal” that appears in Detective Conan chapters to represent the mystery culprits.

Detective Conan: The Culprit Hanzawa premiered in Japan on October 3, 2022.
