It was announced at Aniplex Online Fest 2022 that an anime adaptation of the Saint Cecilia and Pastor Lawrence manga is in the works, and Crunchyroll has announced that it will begin simulcasting the series in April 2023.

Doga Kobo is producing the animation, and Sumie Noro is directing. Yuka Yamada is writing the scripts, and Hiromi Nakagawa is designing the characters.

Kaito Ishikawa is providing the voice for Pastor Lawrence, and Hime Sawada is voicing Cecilia.

Saint Cecilia and Pastor Lawrence is described as:
