Setsucon has announced that voice actor, adaptive writer, and director, Aaron Dismuke will be appearing at Setsucon 2023.

Aaron Dismuke is an American voice actor, adaptive writer and director who works primarily with FUNimation Entertainment. He got his start voice acting at the age of nine, as Hiro Sohma in Fruits Basket, moving on to voice Alphonse Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist by the age of 12. Since then, he’s voiced various roles including Senku Ishigami in Dr. Stone, Suneater in My Hero Academia, William James Moriarty in Moriarty the Patriot, Miyūki Shirogane in Kaguya-sama: Love is War, Yukiya Naruse in Code Geass: Akito the Exiled, Leonardo Watch in Blood Blockade Battlefront, Van Fanel in Escaflowne (2016 version), Oscar in RWBY, and Lucifer in The Devil is a Part-Timer! among other roles. He has worked as an assistant director for Ninja Slayer and Fairy Tail, and the director for Shomin Sample and Nanbaka. He is part of the ADR writing teams that adapted scripts for Fairy Tail, Nanbaka, Tokyo Ghoul, and Full Metal Panic! Invisible Victory.

Setsucon attendees will get a chance to meet Aaron Dismuke for autographs and panels on Saturday and Sunday of Setsucon 2023. Further information about his appearance times and activities will be posted in January 2023.

Setsucon is Pennsylvania’s only annual winter anime convention, hosted by students and alumni of the Penn State Anime Organization. This upcoming convention will take place January 13-15, 2023 at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, Pennsylvania. More guests and events will be announced by Setsucon over the next several months, including more voice over guests, musical performers, cosplay judges, and guest panelists.
