Aniplex of America announced at Crunchyroll Expo 2022 that it will be releasing the “Waver, Reunion, and the Magic Lantern” special for the Lord El-Melloi II’s Case Files: Rail Zeppelin Grace note anime on Blu-ray Disc on November 15, 2022. The release will include a special booklet and the English dub.

The special premiered on December 31, 2021 and featured returning cast and staff.

The story of Lord El-Melloi II’s Case Files {Rail Zeppelin} Grace note is described as:

Waver Velvet – The boy who fought side by side with the King of Conquerors – Iskandar – during the Fourth Holy Grail War in Fate/Zero. Time has passed, and the mature Waver has now adopted the name of Lord El-Melloi. As Lord El-Melloi II, he challenges numerous magical and mystical cases in the Clock Tower, the mecca of all mages.
