Aniplex of America announced at Crunchyroll Expo 2022 that it will be releasing The Irregular at Magic High School: Reminiscence Arc anime on Blu-ray Disc on November 22, 2022. The release will include a special booklet.

The special premiered on December 31, 2021.

The story for The Reminiscence Arc is described as:

Looking at Miyuki and Tatsuya now, it might be hard to imagine them as anything other than loving siblings. But it wasn’t always this way…

Three years ago, Miyuki was always uncomfortable around her older brother.
