Singing Cosplayer Hikari’s new digital single “Inferno” (COVER), an international singer who covers J-POP songs, especially anime songs and Vocaloid songs, is now available for worldwide music and video distribution on July 12, 2022 (JST).
The song is the ending theme song for the July-August 2022 episode of the popular Japanese television program Chachaire Monday (on-air every Tuesday from 19:00-19:57 JST on Kansai Television), and the music video has already been released on YouTube in time for the first on-air episode of this program on July 5, 2022.
The song is a cover of Mrs. GREEN APPLE’s “Inferno,” the opening theme song for the television anime Fire Force. The original music video for this song has been viewed over 183 million times, making the song popular not only in Japan but around the world.
She will perform this song live for the first time on the music stage at JAPAN EXPO Paris 2022, one of the world’s largest Japanese culture festivals, to be held at Parc des Expositions de Paris-Nord-Villepinte in Paris, France, from July 14 to July 17, 2022.
Her full four-day schedule for JAPAN EXPO Paris 2022 and the complete set list for her three-stage live performance have been released in advance. Even if you don’t know her, if you are familiar with the anime songs and vocaloid songs that will be in her set list, please come to her live performances.
Finally, outfit photos of her music stage performance on the TSUBAME stage on July 16, 2022, out of her three stages, were also revealed. She will be wearing a school uniform made by LucyPop, a brand of school uniforms popular not only in Japan but around the world. In addition, she will be signing autographs every day for four days. LucyPop’s ribbons and ties that match the ribbon of this uniform in this photo will be available for sale there.
