Setsucon has announced that pre-registration badges are now available for purchase for the upcoming 2023 convention. Pre-Reg prices for the event are as follows: weekend badges are priced at $25, and includes the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday dates of the convention; Saturday only badges are priced at $15; and lastly, Sunday only badges are priced at $10. Prices for the badges will increase after August 13, 2022 through October 31, 2022 to $35, after that $40 until December 31, 2022. The price will increase to $45 after January 1, 2023 and will stay that price at the con doors. Pre-registration can be found at www.setsucon.com/registration alongside registration policies.

Additionally, Setsucon will be introducing Chaperone Weekend Badges for parents or chaperones (ages 18+) attending the convention with a minor (ages 6–17). This badge includes; a discounted rate of $25 starting August 14, 2022, and access to the convention with an accompanying minor. This badge prevents the participation in gaming tournaments, contests or 18+ tournaments. Limited to one chaperone badge per child (can be guardian to more than one child), and badges can be upgraded at any time for difference in price. Children aged five years old or younger can attend Setsucon 2023 for free as long as they have an accompanying parent/guardian.

Setsucon will also offer group rates this year. The pre-registration group rate will be 10% off to any group of 10 or more attendees who pre-register for badges and is not available at the convention doors.
