It has been announced that The Duke of Death and His Maid anime will be getting a second season.
The story focuses on the titular Duke of Death, cursed to steal the life from any living thing that he touches. He is accompanied by his maid Alice, who enjoys teasing him, but is the only remaining person devoted to him.
The Duke of Death and His Maid premiered on Japanese television on July 4, 2021. FUNimation Entertainment is simulcasting the anime with English, Spanish and Portuguese subtitles, along with an English dub that’s currently streaming.

I watched the first couple episodes of this anime, but I just felt so sorry for the main character, I kept getting depressed. I get that his powers/curse are a little scary, but the way everyone just abandoned him, it just seems so cold.
