Members of the English voice acting community confirmed on social media on January 8, 2021, that fellow voice actor Brad Venable had passed away. He was 43 years old at the time of his passing. As of this writing, neither the date of death nor the cause of death were specified.
Venable’s anime credits include Scratchmen Apoo in One Piece, Daz in Attack on Titan, Khajit in Overlord, Shisami in Dragon Ball Super, Gaki in Hunter × Hunter -The Last Mission-, and Byro and Byro Cracy in Fairy Tail.
He also had roles in video games, such as Devil May Cry 5 and Fire Emblem Heroes, as well as the recent Final Fantasy VII remake and Demon’s Souls remake games.
