The Fandom Post is reporting that Pluto TV has added the Area 88 OVA series to its service. The three-part OVA series is available with an English dub.

The OVAs were directed by Hisayuki Toriumi based on the screenplay by Akiyoshi Sakai. Toshiyasu Okada worked on the character designs and served as the chief animation director for it. Studio Pierrot produced the animation. The three OVAs were released in Japan between February 5, 1985 and August 15, 1986.
