Tubi TV Is Streaming the Cat’s Eye Anime

The Fandom Post is reporting that Tubi TV is now streaming both seasons of the Cat’s Eye anime.

Recently, the second season of the series was added to Amazon Prime, and earlier this year RetroCrush included the series on its service. Crunchyroll previously set both seasons as available for members, though it’s only available in North America due to Nozomi’s distribution rights for it.

The show originally ran for 73 episodes through 1985 and the series was released on DVD in North America through Nozomi Entertainment, who acquired it in Summer 2013.

The story of Cat’s Eye is described as:

Cat’s Eye is the most notorious group of art thieves in Japan. No one knows their identities, but for most of Tokyo, the mystery only heightens their allure. To bumbling detective Utsumi Toshio, Cat’s Eye is a colossal pain in the neck. They outwit him and the rest of the police at every turn, making them look ridiculous. He would never dream of being in love with someone in Cat’s Eye. Except he already is.
