The official website for Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma: The Fifth Plate, the fifth season of the Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma anime, has announced that Episode Three and later episodes have been delayed due to the effects of COVID-19.

Tokyo MX and BS11 will run the following episodes over the next three weeks:

  • April 24, 2020: Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma: The Fourth Plate Episode 1
  • May 1, 2020: Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma: The Fourth Plate Episode 2
  • May 8, 2020: Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma: The Fourth Plate Episode 3

The anime’s website and Twitter account will announce future television broadcast and streaming schedules when they have been decided.
