Anime NYC has announced that it will host The Promised Neverland anime’s director Mamoru Kanbe, voice actress Mariya Ise (The Promised Neverland‘s Ray), and producers Shinobu Ono (CloverWorks) and Kenta Suzuki (Aniplex). They will participate in a talk about the anime on November 16, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. EST in the convention’s Special Events Hall.
The Promised Neverland anime premiered in January 2019. Aniplex of America streamed the anime on Crunchyroll, Hulu, FUNimation Entertainment, and HIDIVE as it aired in Japan. Adult Swim’s Toonami block premiered The Promised Neverland anime on April 13, 2019. The series’ second season will premiere in 2020.
Anime NYC will be held at the Javits Center in Midtown Manhattan from November 15-17, 2019.
