The official website for Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine has announced that Hiromu Arakawa’s Silver Spoon manga is returning from a hiatus that began in June 2018. The magazine also noted that the manga will enter its final arc in this year’s 49th issue of the magazine on November 6, 2019, and that the series is approaching its “climax.”

After returning from its previous hiatus in May 2018, the manga went back on hiatus in June 2018 after releasing four new chapters. The hiatus before that began in July 2017 and ended in May 2018. The manga released three chapters in July 2017, following another hiatus.
