VIZ Media has some highly anticipated new home media and publishing releases debuting in April 2019. New titles include Set 1 of the anime series Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, as well as My Hero Academia: School Briefs, a short story collection based on the superhero action series created by Kohei Horikoshi. Nier:Automata: Short Story Long is the second novel adaptation based on the video game. Junji Ito’s Smashed: Junji Ito Story Collection will contain 13 manga stories and debut later in April 2019.

The last two titles set for release include The Art of Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind and Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind Picture Book. Each book features vivid Studio Ghibli art from the legendary director Hayao Miyazaki.
