The November 2018 issue of Kodansha’s Good! Afternoon magazine has announced that Masayuki Ishikawa is drawing a new one shot for his Maria the Virgin Witch manga in the next issue on November 7, 2018. The chapter celebrates the manga’s 10th anniversary.

The magazine advertised that the one shot is titled “Junketsu no Maria #Bernard Gilbert,” and that it would focus on the anime-original monk characters Bernard and Gilbert. However, Ishikawa explained on Twitter that the ad is incorrect; the chapter that will appear on November 7, 2018 will be “#Artemis Priapus,” about Maria’s familiars, and the monks will not appear.

Ishikawa launched Maria the Virgin Witch in the inaugural issue of Good! Afternoon magazine in 2008 and ended it in 2013. Kodansha Comics is publishing the manga in English.
