FUNimation Entertainment has announced that its English dub of the Dragon Ball Super: Broly anime film will open in theaters in the United States and Canada on January 16, 2019. Prior to this, the company will hold a dub world premiere at the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood on December 13, 2018.
It was also confirmed that Vic Mignogna will return as the English voice of Broly. Mignogna and fellow cast members Christopher Sabat (Vegeta), Monica Rial (Bulma), Jason Douglas (Beerus), and Ian Sinclair (Whis) are joining FUNimation Entertainment’s Dragon Ball Super panel at New York Comic Con on October 5, 2018. Previously announced guests for the panel include Masako Nozawa (Japanese voice of Goku), the film’s director Tatsuya Nagamine, and Sean Schemmel (English voice of Goku).
Dragon Ball Super: Broly is scheduled to open in Japanese theaters on December 14, 2018.
