FUNimation Entertainment’s Lupin III: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine Anime License Expires

Anime News Network is reporting that FUNimation Entertainment’s license for the Lupin III: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine anime series expired in August 2018. The series is no longer available on FUNimation’s streaming service.

The series revolves around the character of Fujiko Mine, depicting her and the rest of the Lupin III cast during their younger days. Sayo Yamamoto directed the 13-episode series, making her the first female director on the Lupin III series.

Lupin III: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine premiered in Japan in 2012 and FUNimation first released the series on home video in August 2013.
