Netflix Confirms That the Lost Song Anime Will Debut Outside of Japan Later in 2018

Anime News Network is reporting that Netflix will debut the Lost Song original television anime project outside of Japan all at once later in 2018. The show’s official Japanese website still lists the show as debuting outside of Japan in Summer 2018.

Netflix Japan will stream the project starting on March 31, 2018, and new episodes will stream weekly on Saturdays. Lost Song will also air on Japanese television starting on April 8, 2018.

Junpei and Morita are directing the anime and writing the script. Tomonori Fukuda is providing the original character designs. Yūsuke Shirato is composing the music.

Konomi Suzuki is performing the opening theme song “Utaeba Soko ni Kimi ga Iru Kara” (If I Sing, You Will Be There), and Yukari Tamura is performing the show’s ending theme song “Tears Echo.”
