The main cast has been announced for the forthcoming Cutie Honey Universe anime:
- Maaya Sakamoto is Honey Kisaragi/Cutie Honey
- Maaya Uchida
- Tomoyo Kurosawa
- Kana Hanazawa
- Yukari Tamura
- Suzuko Mimori
While it has been said that the other voice actresses will be the different Honeys, it hasn’t been announced which actress will play which Honey. But it is known that the Honeys that will be in the series include: Hurricane Honey, Fancy Honey, Flash Honey, Misty Honey, and Idol Honey.
Akitoshi Yokoyama is directing the anime at Production Reed. Natsuko Takahashi is handling the series composition and Syūichi Iseki is designing the characters and serving as chief animation director. The idol unit AŌP is performing the anime’s theme song.
Cutie Honey Universe is scheduled to premiere in Japan in April 2018.
