Anime Expo 2017 Guest of Honor
Director TENSAI OKAMURA

Animation Director. Born in 1961. He started his career as an animator and director at Madhouse studio. He made his a debut as animation director in 1995 in one of the Memories theatrical animation – “The Furious Odor Weapons.” His other credits include Darker Than Black, World Conquest Zvezda Plot, Wolf’s Rain, Seven Deadly Sins, Blue Exorcist, and Naruto the Movie: Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow. He was also on the staff for such anime as Neon Genesis Evangelion, Full Metal Panic!, and Cowboy Bebop. His most recent work is KUROMUKURO.
