Hayate the Combat Butler Manga to End on April 12, 2017

The official website of Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine has revealed that Kenjirou Hata’s Hayate the Combat Butler (Hayate no Gotoku!) manga will end in the magazine’s 20th issue on April 12, 2017.

Hata launched Hayate the Combat Butler in Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine in 2004, and VIZ Media is publishing the manga in English.

Hayate the Combat Butler has inspired four television anime seasons in 2007, 2009, 2012, and 2013, as well as a three-episode OVA in 2014. The manga also inspired the Hayate the Combat Butler! Heaven Is a Place on Earth anime film in 2011.
