It has been announced that OKAYADO, the creator of the Monster Musume and 12 Beast manga series will be a guest at Anime Expo 2016. OKAYADO will appear at a spotlight panel on July 2, 2016 at 11:45 a.m. PDT, and will also hold signings.

OKAYADO first published “Monster Musume” in Tokuma Shoten’s Comic Ryu‘s Anthology Comic Kemomo 02 in 2011, and debuted the Monster Musume series in Comic Ryu in 2012. The series inspired an anime adaptation in Summer 2015. Seven Seas Entertainment publishes Monster Musume and OKAYADO’s other series 12 Beast, which he began after Monster Musume.

Anime Expo will be taking place July 1-4, 2016 in Los Angeles, California.
