Dog Days Sugar Manga Ending in Japan

The May 2015 issue of Kadokawa’s Comptiq Ace magazine has published the final chapter of Asuka Kanan’s Dog Days Sugar manga.

The manga spin-off of the Dog Days television anime series launched in Comptiq Ace in October 2014. Kadokawa will publish the manga’s first and only compiled volume in Japan on April 25, 2015.

Takuya Fujima launched an earlier manga adaptation of Dog Days in May 2011 in the Kadokawa Comics Ace magazine. The manga was compiled into a single volume.

The Dog Days franchise began with the 2011 Dog Days TV anime, which spawned two additional seasons, and the third season just ended recently. Mazaki Tsuzuki is credited as the original creator of the franchise.

Crunchyroll simulcast the first and second seasons as they aired in Japan, and is currently simulcasting the third season in some Asian countries.
