Anime Sols co-founder Sam Pinansky announced on ANNCast that the site is opening crowdfunding for a DVD set of the ongoing The File of Young Kindaichi Returns anime series.

The anime revolves around title character Hajime Kindaichi, a high school student who solves any case or mystery with his IQ of 180. He usually seems dull, but when there is a case, he demonstrates remarkable deductive skills inherited from his famous detective grandfather.

The crowdfunding page will go live when Episode 15 airs. Starting with Episode 15, Anime Sols will embed the Crunchyroll streams of the show on its site. The DVD set will only be available to residents of the United States and Canada.
