Attack on Titan Is #8 on BookScan’s Top 20 Graphic Novels List December 2013

Attack on Titan Volume 1 by Hajime Isayama was the #8 selling graphic novel on Nielsen SoundScan’s Top 20 graphic novels list for December 2013.

Only three manga titles made it into Nielsen BookScan’s Top 20 list for December 2013:

  • Attack on Titan Volume 1 by Hajime Isayama (#8)
  • Naruto Volume 63 by Masashi Kishimoto (#9)
  • Attack on Titan Volume 2 by Hajime Isayama (#19)

The BookScan rankings include sales at Barnes & Noble and other book chains, independent bookshops, and online purchases. However, sales at comic book shops, Walmart, and some other venues are not included.
