The StarBlazers.com website has announced that it will be offering new DVD and Blu-ray Discs for Space Battleship Yamato 2199 under the title Star Blazers 2199. According to the announcement, there will be six discs released for the 26-episode series, and the discs will include both English and Spanish subtitles.

The announcement also states that pre-orders for the first volume will begin on December 19, 2013, and that this volume will be shipping on February 27, 2014.
