The Niconico video service will be streaming Hayao Miyazaki’s retirement from feature films press conference on September 6, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Tokyo (which would be 1:00 a.m. EDT).

During the press conference, Miyazaki will appear in person to explain his reasons for retirement. Miyazaki will be joined by Studio Ghibli president Koji Hoshino and Miyazaki’s longtime producer Toshio Suzuki.
