Anime USA 2013 has announced that Japanese anime producer Hiroaki Inoue will be a guest at its next convention.

In addition to being a co-founder of the Gainax anime studio, Inoue has also worked on such anime as Royal Space Force: The Wings of Honneamise, Memories, Perfect Blue, Tenchi Universe, Macross II, and Moldiver.

Anime USA will be taking place September 13-15, 2013 at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park in Washington, D.C.
